A good place to stay in when you are in black pool for days. Cheaper as compared to the other hotels in the same street and pretty closer to the beach.

Great for the price, lady owner was ever so lovely also friendly she helped out a lot even moved us rooms as some are quite small but because we had our daughter (5month old) with us, she removed us too a bigger room. Very close to everything too. Would stay here again
